1. 30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be approved by Cyprus Nails before being sent back.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU & EEA Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

11. Return Shipping

Unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns valued over €75, we recommend:
